Welcome to the PUP Taguig Mr. and Ms. Freshman 2025-2026 Voting Platform. Your privacy is critical to us. This Policy explains how we collect and use your data when you interact with our application.

Google User Data

Our app uses Google OAuth for secure authentication. We only access the following information:

• Your primary Google Account email address
• Your public profile information (name and profile picture)

Limited Use: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Data

• Authentication: To verify your identity as a valid voter.
• Vote Integrity: To ensure each user casts only the allowed number of daily votes.
• Display: To show your profile avatar within the application.

We do not share your data with third parties or use it for advertising.

Data Storage

Your authentication session is managed by Supabase. We do not store your Google password. Your vote history is stored securely on our servers and is wiped after the event concludes.
